By scheduling a service with Hurricane Wylah, you agree to these terms. We provide professional bin cleaning and power washing services. Bins must be left curbside or in an accessible location on the scheduled service day. If bins are inaccessible, the service may be skipped without a refund for that cycle.
Payment is required prior to or at the time of service. For recurring subscriptions (Monthly or Bi-Monthly), your payment method will be automatically charged based on your selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via our secure customer portal, provided notice is given at least 48 hours before the next scheduled clean.
Hurricane Wylah uses 200°+ high-pressure water to clean bins. While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins (such as cracks or broken hinges) that may become more apparent after the grime is removed. We are not liable for any items left inside the bins during the cleaning process.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service, or change pricing, at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers. In the event of severe weather or equipment malfunction, services may be rescheduled to the next available date.
